We conduct daily and weekly Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) to proactively identify and address potential risks on our job sites. We hold weekly Toolbox Talks, where our team discusses pertinent safety topics and shares insights to enhance workplace safety. Monthly Foreman Meetings are conducted with a focus on safety topics, providing an opportunity for foremen to exchange ideas and strategies to maintain a safe work environment. We also organize an annual, company-wide Safety Briefing to review our safety performance, update our protocols, and reinforce our commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.

To ensure an unbiased and comprehensive approach to safety, we collaborate with a third-party safety officer. This external expert conducts regular audits, provides valuable insights, and helps us implement the most effective safety strategies.
